WHAT IS BREATHWORK?

Breathwork is an active breathing meditation technique that  improves your mental, physical and emotional well-being.

Breathwork is widely accessible and no prior experience is required, just a willingness to be present and an open mind. This circular breathing practice is done lying down comfortably on a yoga mat with a blanket. Sessions begin with a brief instructional discussion, explaining the breath pattern. From there, we flow into a guided transformational breathwork session.

Bold Breathwork Instructor Kim Borcherding

Kim is a hard charging, no BS type of gal from New Jersey who is always firing on all cylinders to keep up with her three  kids and busy real estate career. After stumbling into a breathwork class in Los Angeles in 2018, she was obsessed. 

Kim loved her life but found herself living in a state of constant stress and anxiety. Trying to squeeze the most out of life while juggling  all its pressures and demands, Kim was completely depleted and  her nervous system was shot. She could no longer see her life’s path with any clarity or joy. Finding breathwork turned her life around. Just by learning to access her breath, she could regulate her nervous system in any situation, see a clearer path in life and access a beautiful, blissful state. And, naturally! No drugs needed. 

After that day in Los Angeles, Kim went on to train under David Elliott in 2021 to receive her breathwork training certification and now calls this work her passion project.

Kim is not your typical breathwork teacher. Some might say she’s a little more “Jersey” and a little less “woo woo”. Ultimately, she is a high-vibe, results oriented, joy chaser, people lover  who gets pumped about helping people reach their potential.
