In person breathwork class

It helps people let go of what is holding them back. It quiets your mind so that you can hear the whispers you have been ignoring. It teaches you how to use your breath to let go of stress and anxiety. It helps you regulate your nervous system so that you can live a life of more joy. It uses the breath to shut your mind off and actually relax. It helps you feel great so that you can squeeze the juice out of life. It uses the breath to gain mental clarity, reduce stress, stimulate creativity, and get grounded.

live-online classes

Online breathwork class

Online classes are recorded and you will receive the recording with a 72 hour playback after the class if you can't join live.

Join us for a 60 minute group breathwork class lead by Kim Borcherding via Zoom. This class can be taken from the comfort of your space. We recommended having a quiet place where you can lay flat and will not be interrupted for 60 minutes.

  • Anyone above the age of 16 who desires to have an improved life. No experience necessary. We do not recommend this class for anyone that has a history of seizures, severe mental illness or asthma. Consult your doctor if you have other significant health issues.

  • A quiet place to lay down, a yoga mat, a blanket, eye pillow/mask and a journal to write down your notes from your experience. The class will be hosted via Zoom so a good internet connection and headphones that you can use on your phone and/or computer.

  • Have zero expectations, have an open mind to what shows up for you and be ready to show up fully for your session. We don't recommend eating at least an hour before breathwork and making sure you can have a full hour of uninterrupted time.

IN-person classes

Join us for an in-person group breathwork class lead by Kim Borcherding in studio at 425 Second Street, Suite 100 Lake Oswego, OR 97034.

  • Anyone above the age of 16 who desires to have an improved life. No experience necessary. We do not recommend this class for anyone that has a history of seizures, severe mental illness or asthma. Consult your doctor if you have other significant health issues.

  • Arrive on time, bring a yoga mat, a blanket, eye pillow/mask, water and a journal to write down your notes from your experience.

how can i prepare?

-Do not eat for at least an hour before your session

-Wear comfortable clothes

-Be in a quiet space where you will not be interrupted during the session

-Have a blanket to cover yourself

-Use an eye pillow or eye mask

-Have a journal handy to write after your session
